1. How often do we come out?

A: Most of our customers prefer weekly services, but we can accommodate bi-weekly or custom schedules based on your needs.

2. What are your rates?

A: We provide a free estimate via email for the services you request. Our rates are typically based on the size of your property, with average pricing for up to ½ acre.

3. What if it rains?

A: We work year-round in all types of weather. If conditions are unsafe for our staff, we will reschedule your service for a later date.

4. What about holidays?

A: We do not provide services on major holidays. If your regular service day falls on a holiday, we will arrange an alternate day and resume normal service the following week.

5. Should I unlock my gate?

A: Yes, please ensure your gate is unlocked on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access your yard, a $29.00 service call fee will apply.

6. Can you work with my dogs in the yard?

A: Yes, our team is experienced with dogs. However, if your dog is not comfortable with strangers, we ask that you keep them in a safe area during our visit.

7. What if I want to skip a service day?

A: You can skip a service day without charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If your dog will be away for an extended period, we can put a hold on your account, and you will not be charged.

8. How do I pay my bill?

A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). You can also make payments through our website via PayPal or set us up as a payee through your online banking.

9. Are there any contracts I have to sign?

A: No contracts are required. You can start or stop your service over the phone at 713-502-7175. We only ask for 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel.

10. What happens if my dog has an accident in the yard?

A: If your dog has an accident, please inform us so we can address it during our next visit. Our team is trained to handle such situations professionally.

11. Do you provide supplies for your services?

A: Yes! For our Drop in the BUCKET service, we provide a clean bucket and bags. For all other services, we bring our own supplies to ensure a thorough cleanup.

12. How do you dispose of the waste?

A: We dispose of all waste in accordance with local regulations, ensuring that your yard and the environment remain clean and safe.

13. Can you provide references from current clients?

A: Absolutely! We are happy to provide references upon request. Many of our satisfied customers are willing to share their experiences with our services.
